Skillvoxx provides voice-based job simulations and related recruiting tools for organizations ("customers") and their candidates.

We collect account and profile data you provide (for example name, email, organization details), usage and technical data (for example logs, device and browser type, IP address), and content generated through the product (for example recordings, transcripts, and assessment outcomes) as described in our product.

Candidates invited to simulations provide data through the candidate flow and their interaction with the voice session. Customers may upload or configure additional data needed to run assessments.

How we use data

We use data to provide, secure, and improve the service, to authenticate users, to bill and administer accounts, to communicate about the product, and to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects in your individual case beyond what the product requires to deliver assessments.

Retention and security

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Retention and deletion for specific data types (for example session or transcript data) may be described in separate product or enterprise documentation.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Subprocessors and transfers

We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, email, AI) where required to run the product. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
