Agreement
By accessing or using Skillvoxx services, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Skillvoxx provides software for designing and running voice-based job simulations, reviewing results, and related recruiting workflows. Features and limits depend on your plan and configuration.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
Organizations may invite users and manage roles. You are responsible for invitations and data you submit about candidates in line with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, violate law, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
We retain rights to the Skillvoxx platform, branding, and documentation. Subject to your agreement and plan, we grant you a limited right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a license to host and process your content and candidate data as needed to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hiring decisions remain your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited as set out in your master agreement or order form, or otherwise capped at amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and contact
Unless mandatory law applies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Courts in Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
